Agents
Configure and train your AI agents — their role, rules, workflow steps, knowledge, and which past answers to learn from.
Domain Knowledge
Shared knowledge documents. Each doc can be shared with all agents or specific ones. Only admins can create or edit them.
Teach the agent a whole product family at once. This reads the live catalogue and writes a knowledge document listing every product, the fields they share, the common options for each, and any places where two products name the same field differently.
What clients say, translated into the words our product data uses. Clients write “14pt c1s”; the catalogue says “14PT Coated 1 Side”. Add a term here and the chat understands it straight away — no deploy.
Team training and meeting notes. Paste the Meet AI summary straight in — no need to tidy it up. These are global: every agent reads the active notes, so decisions made in training carry into how the AI quotes and replies.
Price Estimator
Installation Estimator
The fixed prices behind every installation and local delivery quote. Nova's chat answers and the calculator card both read these the moment you save — no restart.
Emails
Every email Nova sends to the team, in one place. Switch a kind off and it is never sent (Nova still records what it would have said). Leave Send to empty to use the address set where that feature is configured, or type your own list.
Connections
Systems this assistant is connected to. Configuration and new integrations (e.g. Dialpad, Product Pages) will be added here.
